Welcome to "Ott's Auto Live." It's our new digital approach to closer customer relations, better engaged customer service and a weekly, monthly and yearly snapshot of the health needs of your second largest investment.

 

First and foremost, at Ott's, we believe in "Safety First!" ... As well as, Saving you Time, Money and Worry from the more serious, preventable and routine car repair issues.

Our new digital system maintains an active, up-to-date history of all the work done on your vehicle in our care, as well as a list of the work which will eventually need to be done down the road when routine wear, time and kilometers bring us together for safety's sake. Our customers presently using the system just LOVE it because it's so easy, convenient, time saving... and frankly, the responsible thing to do.

 

Sometimes when a mechanical issue arises, it's not always easy or convenient to call us from your work. But if it's potentiall serious, it IS easy and convenient to fire us off a TEXT to set things in motion.

As an example: One customer texted us

(at 548-483-5704) and said her brakes seemed to be making a lot of noise and  she didn't feel secure. She asked if we could look at them for her. (She sent off the text and moments later, her message popped up on the Service Manager's screen.)

​

Corey texted her right back and asked when she could bring it in. They arranged a time, scheduled a diagnostics and sure enough, the front brakes needed to be replaced while the rear brakes still had some life left in them.

​

We took a photo of her brakes and texted the photo to the customer to show the extreme wear. It was photographic proof that to delay repair any longer would create a serious safety risk. The customer texted back her approval to proceed with the repairs, we finished the job and she picked her vehicle up at day's end. DONE and Done!
