OTT's Auto feels honoured to have  been recognized by the Covid-19 Safe Ambassador Program during the pandemic. What does this mean? Well, it means that when Covid-19 first hit we leaped into action to make sure we were protecting our customers, our staff and their friends and families against an unknown invader. We felt responsible for the health and welfare of those we come in contact with every single day as your local, neighbourhood auto repair shop. And so, we observed the protocols and guidelines laid out by health officials and the Region and followed them to a tee. It resulted in a safe working and service environment for area residents throughout the first global pandemic in a hundred years. Thank you to ALL of you for observing and respecting our stringent protocols. It HAD to be done. And it wasn't always easy OR convenient. BUT we have come through a very tough time ... and this has brought us closer together as friends and as a community:)
